Whether you have family coming into town and need a one time clean to impress or are looking to maintain an overall cleaner lifestyle, our services are right for you! Provided below, we have different rooms of a standard home with itemized bullet points explaining what you can expect from our fairies.
Notice the difference between the top bullet points that say “General Clean” and the “Deeper Level Items Done By Request” bullet points. If you are looking for a deeper level cleaning & your home needs some extra love, please let us know. This will require extra time, but will ensure your home sparkles when we are finished! Depending on the level of service you want & of course your budget, we come up with an approximate range of labor hours that your home will need.
Whether you are signing up for a one time clean or recurring services when we come to your home & do a site visit we build a customized estimate that we refer to as a “Spec Sheet”. This will go through each area of your home and explain what needs to be cleaned and how long the area is estimated to take. It will also go over things like a preferred day of the week, how our staff should get in, where we take the trash out if you have any product sensitivities and much more! All this information will get typed up & emailed over to you for review prior to your scheduled clean.
If you are signing up for a one time clean→ We will save your customized Spec Sheet on file in our secure system. That way any time you are looking to get another one time clean or get on our regular schedule, we can easily access your homes information and get you on our schedule!
If you are signing up for recurring services → We save your spec sheet on file & give it to your preferred fairy team before each clean to use as a reference. If ever you want to add areas, make changes, put an emphasis on specific rooms, just let us know ahead of time so we can incorporate it into your spec for that day.
The initial clean will likely take a little longer than subsequent cleans after that. This is for several reasons, but mainly two:
- Normally it takes our staff a clean or two to get fully accustomed to your home. We rely heavily on feedback from our customers when we are first starting our new relationship. Having open communication up front ensures your expectations are not only met but hopefully exceeded!
After the initial cleaning, when we come back to clean again there should not be nearly as much build up as the first visit. As time goes on and your fairies get to know your home, your required hours may continue to decrease and ultimately cost you less.
- If you want to have deeper level items done each time of service, please mention that to the office so we can incorporate it into your estimate. If you do not need it done every time, we encourage you to addon a deeper level item on a quarterly basis. Just email us ahead of time when you want to tack those items on & we will add extra time to your normal scheduled clean.”
Since Boulder is the home of Colorado University, many of our clientele are students. With such a busy schedule, many students have us come in weekly, monthly, quarterly, or just prior to a parent visitation. We offer discounts to all students if they sign up for regular service with us. Many times moms will call us to make sure that their students’ home is attended to while they are here in school and away from home. We think this gives them a peace of mind knowing that their child can focus on their studies in a clean environment.
